Exchanges

If you find your order doesn't fit quite how you expected, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same in stock item within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchanged items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached.

Returns 

We want you to LOVE your new Kalula swimwear!

However, should something not fit quite right or should you find a fault... under Australian consumer law you may exchange the item, have it repaired or possibly receive a refund* following the below terms and conditions. 

After inspection of the returned product, Kalula may happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a store credit, or a once-off exchange.

A refund will be given on faulty items.
A refund may be issued within 5 days of receiving your order.  


All return requests must be made within 10 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the returned package.


We can only process a refund back to the original payment and we do not refund or cover any shipping fees.
